We accept rent in the following ways:

• Paypal with this link or to grateproperties@gmail.com

  • Include in the memo which property you’re paying for, your first and last name, and with the word “rent”

  • When paying with a card on Paypal, you must add on a 3% fee (3% of your montly rent) to cover the Paypal Processing fee. (Please see bottom of this page for an explanation of how to calculate 3% of your rent.)

• Check filled out to Grate Properties LLC, mailed to P.O. Box 342, Waterloo, IN 46793

• Money order sent to P.O. Box 342, Waterloo, IN 46793

How to calculate 3% of your monthly rent:

Multiply your monthly rent amount by .03.

Rent Amount x .03 = 3% of Monthly Rent

Example:

If your monthly rent is $500:

500 x .03 = 15

$15 would be 3% of your monthly rent ($500), and should be added to the original rent amount of $500 for a total of $515.
